In this project we worked together to identify the main priorities for our project. Each partner examined their own area to find out what was most important. We used questionnaires to collect information from stakeholders. After gathering and analyzing the responses, we met to discuss the results. Through these discussions, we agreed on the top five priorities that are essential for our project’s success. This inclusive method ensured that all viewpoints were considered, leading to a balanced and representative decision
